Abstract:The type of research paradigm of Pasteur is considered as Pasteur's Quadrant. Pasteur's act of patent al-so initiates the possible route for produce patent from basic research. With the full and accurate inspection, the formation mechanism and strategic significance of Pasteur's kind of patent can be revealed, and a representative case can be referred for patent production from national important basic research. It's considered that we should drive the output of Pasteur's kind of patent from the views of the subject of scientific research, the cooperation of industry-university-research and the support by policy, and promote the national innovation capability as well as international competitive power.
