Abstract:
本文采用法国CEDIP公司开发的锁相红外热像系统对含盲孔的Q235平板试样在周期性加载下的疲劳试验进行了实时监测,对比了在同一频率下不同深度试件的表面温度变化和不同频率下相同深度试件表面的温度变化。将得到的数据与光激励加载下无损检测的结果进行对比,实验表明二者都可以很好的对含盲孔的Q235平板试样进行无损检测,分析了二者在检测精度方面的优缺点。
