Abstract:
光电化学生物传感器由于具有背景信号低、灵敏度高、设备简单等优点近些年来受到广泛的关注,其中生物大分子在电极表面的键合锚链是影响其传感性能重要的因素。聚多巴胺是多巴胺的聚合产物,它不仅可以作为有机敏化材料可以增强TiO2纳米管阵列的可见光响应,同时作为粘结剂可以通过共价键联的方式将酶修饰固定在电极表面上。
